The Historical Museum of Southern Florida is fortunate to have complete sets of the first and second editions of a beloved work, The Birds of America, by John James Audubon. A changing selection of prints from the elephant folio (the first edition), occasionally supplemented with volumes from the octavo edition (the second edition), are on display in the museum's exhibition galleries.
