Igor Polevitzky's Mesrobian Residence is built around a series of patios
that inflect from the street through the house, dividing the living and
sleeping areas. Since the house is oriented toward the street to allow
for cooling by southeast trade winds, masonry site walls and wood baffles
are used to provide privacy.
