Rufus Nims's Bloom Residence in the northern Miami neighborhood of Keystone Point is an atrium house. The living areas are grouped inmodules below a low-slung, wafer-thin roof that shades and cools the fluid indoor/outdoor environment, including patios, terraces and a carport.
