Description:

Enjoy this exciting ride with the Historical Museum’s Dr. Paul George, along the same banks where ancient Tequesta Indians settled. See the famous Miami Circle archaeological site near the mouth of the Miami River. Witness the colorful tugboats, Haitian freighters, houseboats and drawbridges that bring life to the river. Discover the lesser-known Miami River communities, parks, restaurants, freshwater springs and the site of the rapids. Possibly see manatees along the way, while hearing about Miami’s early history. HMSF members $37, Non-members $42. Advance reservations and payment required.
