Curriculum Coordinator
The Historical Museum of Southern Florida (HMSF) seeks a creative and talented individual to coordinate and develop its curriculum needs. The coordinator will be an integral member of the Education team and work collaboratively with the Vice President in creating and sustaining curriculum for school groups.  As a key member of a fast paced, highly collaborative team, the coordinator helps keep track of teacher, student and public needs programmatically.  This position requires a strong educational background with an understanding of Object and Inquiry Based Learning along with Visual Thinking Strategies. Project management and organizational skills, including the ability to establish priorities and adhere to deadlines is also a high priority. In addition, this position will work collaboratively with the Education Program Coordinator and Educator Coordinator developing curriculum and other programs.

Marketing and Communications Professional
The Historical Museum of Southern Florida (HMSF) seeks a creative and talented individual to manage its marketing and communications program. The manager will be an integral member of the External Relations team and work collaboratively with the Vice President in creating a multi-faceted communications program.  As a key member of a fast paced, highly collaborative team, the Manager helps HMSF departments and programs communicate with constituents by crafting concise written material, often on short notice.  This position requires strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to establish priorities and adhere to deadlines.   The Manager will create and produce promotional messages, materials, and campaigns; draft, edit, and manage the design and production of all marketing collateral, including all print and electronic materials. In addition, this position will work collaboratively with Web content managers on website, e-communications, and online results tracking.  The manager will also play an important role in the acquisition and stewardship of marketing sponsors.

Funds Development Professional
The Historical Museum of Southern Florida (HMSF) seeks a dynamic and self-driven individual to manage its fundraising program.  The manager will be an integral member of External Relations team and work collaboratively with the Vice President in creating and implementing a comprehensive funds development program.  The manager will oversee the day to day progress of annual individual, corporate and foundation giving campaigns, and assist with preparation for the launch of a multi-phase capital campaign.  The Manager will be responsible for developing the collateral materials, correspondence, grant writing, and targeting campaign messages for solicitation materials.  A minimum of 3 years experience working in a non-profit setting and experience with  the Raiser's Edge fundraising software are desired.

Database Coordinator
The Historical Museum of Southern Florida (HMSF) is seeking a meticulous, organized, and team-oriented individual to manage its constituent and donor database.  This person will be responsible for coordinating a museum-wide data migration into the museum’s existing Raiser’s Edge database, including staff training. This Coordinator will oversee the development, maintenance and upkeep of donor and prospect records.  Applicants must be proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Access.  Raiser’s Edge experience preferred with an ability to handle sensitive donor information.

Development Associate
The Historical Museum of Southern Florida seeks a Development Associate to assist the VP for External Relations in coordinating a busy office calendar, prospect development, reports, and administrative projects.  The organized and detail-oriented person will facilitate and service HMSF donors and members and provide support of gift cultivation, research, and stewardship.  This Associate will prepare departmental documents including meeting action notes, correspondence, agreements, payment requests, budgets, and coordinate appointments.  The candidate will possess 2 years of administrative support experience and proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook and comfortable with database software.
